Bert Lozada Fitness Intelligence Training (BFIT) is the online fitness platform of the Bert Lozada School of Sports Inc. (BLSS). Grounded on founding institution, Bert Lozada Swim School’s principle of combining science and psychology to achieve excellence and backed by its years of experience in teaching generations of Filipinos to be safe and healthy through swimming, BFIT aims to make fitness a lifestyle through individualized and group programs tailor-fit to the physical needs of clients of all ages.
