Structured, mapped out for the school year and easily-replicable for home-based students, the BFIT PE Program is designed for homeschoolers and schools who would want to outsource their online PE program.

Implementation of Online Physical Education
BFIT Teachers:
- Credentialed In PE / Trained under the BLSS BFIT Teaching System
- Teachers use appropriate instructional strategies, provide clear expectations to students, interact frequently, monitors student work, offer immediate and specific feedback, and provide support and resources to students.
- Teachers can help students with technological problems and issues that may occur.

Time Allocation:
- Minimum of 30 minutes for K-Grade 6 and Maximum of 60 minutes for Grade 7-12 per week of physical education.
- 50% of class time is in moderate to vigorous exercise.

A: With the current quarantine mandate all over the Philippines, majority of the children will be studying at home. Most online homeschooling or blended learning will not include Physical Education (P.E.) classes as part of their curriculum. It is important for students to have a wholistic approach where both body and mind are developed. BFIT will address the need of both parents and children to stay physically fit, healthy and active.

A: BFIT Online Fitness Program will be conducted via Zoom wherein students will need to log in through the link that will be sent to the parents ahead of the scheduled session. Students will be supervised by our well-trained and capable coaches through real-time interactive fitness class.

A: Students will undergo Fitness Assessment Test wherein coaches will be able to identify and group them according to their age, fitness and ability level.

A: Yes. Classes are conducted twice in a week and students need to sign in to attend their class at a specific time as the classes are real-time, interactive.

A: The ratio for group classes is 12 students with one lead coach and one assistant coach. We also offer 1-on-1 classes for private class bookings.

A: Parents will have to submit a certification that their child is physically fit to undergo the online fitness program.

A: These are the things the parents and students need for their online fitness program:- laptop with built-in camera (tablet would suffice as long as the child can view the coach clearly)

A: Yes, as long as they have no medical conditions that may put their health at risk during the session. It is best to consult with the child’s pediatrician or doctor when in doubt.

- What if my child decides to discontinue the online fitness program class, will we be allowed to refund?
A: We encourage all students to stay on and finish the program but should a student, for valid reason cannot continue, we can have the parents arrange enrollment transfer to another family. However, refund is not allowed.
